导演在搭建的小镇（简单荒凉得仿佛世界只有这一处，兴风作浪2最大的那个广告牌毫无疑问成为一种讽刺）进行了一场耐人寻味的实验。这里布满着眼睛和暗示，比如为了性而变成动物去捕捉动物…整部片子显得荒诞奇特怪异，旁观如我像看到因熟透而掉落在地上的果实—其实每天它都在悄然地改变着气味和形态，趋向腐坏。
